The FDF FLCA is designed specifically to fill the void in the market where high strength, zero deflection, and maximum grip are required. Currently, no arms like these exist; we used the industry's finest materials to produce fully adjustable control arms with shims, not jam nuts, while maintaining proper load paths and rigorous FEA analysis.
By utilizing 7075-T6 Billet Aluminum, 17-4 PH Stainless Steel, and High-Strength Alloy Steels, FDF delivers a product that is stiffer and more durable than any other aftermarket offering.
Camber & Track Width Extension: Achieve the perfect contact patch for your specific discipline. This kit allows you to move beyond factory settings to a dedicated -2.5° to -4.0° setup. By extending the lower arm, you increase front track width and give the tire the best opportunity to control the chassis through every corner.
Advanced Caster Tuning: Using our unique caster adjustment design, you can lengthen the arm and perfect your caster while maintaining the proper load path for all forces applied to the control arm. By maintaining a one-piece arm design, we respect the original intent of the chassis, which was not designed to support a two-piece arm. This results in zero deflection under heavy braking and high-load cornering.
Roll Center & Anti-Dive Correction: Lowering your vehicle typically destroys your suspension’s roll center. FDF’s corrected geometry brings the roll center back toward the center of gravity, reducing body roll without requiring much heavier spring rates. Additionally, our adjustable anti-dive geometry keeps the chassis composed under heavy braking, maintaining your front splitter height and preserving vital suspension travel.
Zero Deflection: Every factory rubber bushing is replaced with motorsport-grade spherical bearings, eliminating the "mushy" feel caused by bushing deflection.
Precision Shims: On-car adjustability is handled using shims to perfect your alignment. This allows you to accurately make small changes without the worry of threaded adjusters loosening over time.
Maximum Clearance: Optimized arm profiles provide the necessary room for high-angle steering and wide-wheel fitments while maintaining the highest rigidity possible.
