The FDF Mantis kit for the 370Z/G37 allows up to 65 degrees of angle, with zero Ackermann, it quickens the steering ratio by relocating the tie-rod pickup point on the knuckle, perfecting the bump steer and allowing for a ton of angle, and is fabricated using high-strength alloy steel. 

*Note, G37 Sedan uses a different steering rack than the coupes*

370z high clearance front lower control arms are a bolt on solution designed to clear high steering angle with the use of our mini kit adaptor (or other brands, which is not included with this purchase)

The control arm can be extended up to 40mm wider than factory, giving you more track width, more camber, and more wheel clearance.  

The arms are made from high-strength alloy steel with a 200ksi tensile strength.

Hardened Chromoly taper stud and uni-ball bearing replace the ball joint and motion ratio adjustment options for the shock mount. The factory swaybar can also be installed and the caster adjustment is all done on car without needing to unbolt anything.

 *NOTE, G37 sedan uses a different steering rack than the 370/G37 coupe, the thread pitch and size is m16x1.0 instead of m18x1.0* make sure you note this in your order if buying for a sedan.

The Billet Mantis Kit for the S-chassis is a fully CNC machined kit, using 7075 Aluminum and then hard anodized "mantis green" with the upgraded 350z bearing option. It is the most relevant angle kit in today's drift society, here are the specs:

-Angle, 70 degrees+ depending on your steering rack offset and wheel setup

-Tierods, the kit includes adjustable offset rack spacers, with inner and outer heim joints

-Ackerman, adjustable ackerman

-Roll Center, optimized handling by adding 50mm of roll centre correction

-Bump steer, minimal bump steer in drift by perfecting tie-rod  pitch angle

-Caster, added trail and reduced caster which adds more grip by increasing tire contact patch, causes less bump steer, less jacking from lock to lock, increase transition speed, effortless transition while on throttle

These dual caliper brackets allow you to attach a second set of calipers that you can use as a hydro handbrake.

They are designed to form perfectly to the OEM knuckle making it easy to weld on, and have a locating tab at the top of the bracket to make sure they are in the correct position. 

Material is 6061 Aluminum.

Recommended method of welding - TIG.

Why would you use these over a bolt on bracket? 

Bolt on brackets add 8mm of track width per side and extend the axles which sometimes require axle spacers. 

We have developed front adjustable control arms for the 350z/g35 chassis to fill a void in the market. These offer lightweight Alloy steel construction, and Uniball bearings at all points. With these arms, you can adjust the track width while keeping the double-arm design.

The OEM suspension geometry is good for racing as it reduces the wheel's scrub by pivoting on 2 points instead of one, so keeping this geometry is beneficial for road racing, time attack, and many other applications (not for drifting).

The FDF 350Z/G35 Diff brace is the most relevant product available for stabilizing the rear end of the Z/G chassis.

-This brace increases rigidity between the toe arms.

-This brace ties the rear subframe into the Differential creating a "solid mount" for the rear diff, this is essential to prevent chatter under heavy acceleration/drifting/hard driving.

-This brace includes a jack point in the centre of the vehicle giving you a balanced point to use while changing tires or lifting the car on to stands from the rear. 

-This brace comes with lockout washers for the rear toe arms to further stabilize the rear and make sure your alignment does not move during hard driving. because the brace removes the Eccentric bolts this product must be used with Adjustable toe arms.

The FDF Front Cross member (Subframe) Brace for the 350Z and G35 is designed to strengthen the front suspension mounting points to the chassis, minimizing chassis distortion. 

The brace is made from 13mm 6061 Aluminum. It is both lighter and stronger than the factory brace, and allows for more ground clearance. 

The unique 3 piece design allows for the center section to be removed for easy maintenance on the steering rack, clutch, transmission and engine, while leaving the suspension corner braces installed. The other benefit to having the center section removable is when these cars are lifted up on a hoist, the hoist arms are commonly placed on the corners of this brace, with the FDF brace, this is not a problem due to the three piece design.  

The brace will include hardware for installation, and we will offer an additional option to add Counter sunk flat head cap screws (FHCS) for hardware. This will maximize ground clearance and ensure that nothing can snag on the bottom, effectively turning this in to a skip plate.

The FDF rear W-brace for the 350z/g35 is made from billet 6061-t6 aluminum. Designed to replace the factory brace/increase rigidity and decrease the weight. 

It is a direct fit and does not require any modifications. New bolts will be included with the kit. 

The brace is the same overall thickness as the factory brace, so ground clearance will be the same.

The Billet fender brace for the S14 was developed after years of drifting with an S-Chassis, and for a good reason.

During our testing we noticed extensive flex in the front strut towers under heavy load, largely due to drivers cutting out the front portion of the wheel well, and not properly reinforcing the strut tower to compensate. In some cases, just a strut bar will give you the desired integrity but this still leaves the "paper mache" section between the strut tower and fire wall. 

This section of the car is made up of 18-20g sheet metal, with some spot welds holding everything together. So to strengthen this area of the chassis, we developed a simple bolt on solution that will brace and stiffen up the front of your S-chassis. 

The braces are for both Left and Right side, they will include all mounting hardware.

Notice* the back of the brace bolts to the factory holes used for fastening the door to the chassis. The front of the brace has 3 predrilled holes that you will use as "transfer holes". How does this work? To install the front portion of the brace, you will need to weld on the provided brace plate to your upper fender, drill and then thread the holes to fasten the front portion. "Using the pre drilled holes as your reference" this is the strongest and most effective way to fasten the brace in significantly improve the chassis's rigidity.

Is a simple, LH and RH Heim joint at either end making a robust design with replaceable joints. You will never need to buy tie-rods again, just replace the Heim joints!
