INSTALLATION GUIDE

FDF Rear Grip kit for Z33/Z34 chassis:

-7.5lbs per knuckle

-Anti squat adjustment

-All arms are on car adjustable with machined wrench plates in the center

Please Allow 2-3 weeks for manufacturing and Assembly 

Now offering a rack relocation kit for the 350Z/G35 that moves that rack forward. this moves the rack forward 1.45" (37mm) forward and includes solid rack bushings and clamp. This will dramatically reduce the deflection of the OEM rack, and completely rid the need for offset rack spacers. All of this is important to have a solid feel in the steering and prevent binding/over centering at full lock. The plate includes location geometry that lines up with ribs and features on the subframe so installing it properly is easy if you have a couple of hours and some fabrication skills. 

Using 3D scanning technology we were able to design this plate and simulate the installation for a perfect fit. the 

NOTE* if you have an HR and/or an HR steering rack there is a speed-sensitive power steering solenoid that will interfere with the rack relocation. The solution is to buy a solenoid delete which is available from other retailers or switch to a DE steering rack. both options will work.

The 350z Rear Upper Control Arms.

The purpose of an adjustable upper control arm is to perfect the rear alignment in ways that the other arms are not able to. This would include track width, anti-squat, bump steer, and camber. the arms are constructed of alloy steel and made to be stronger and more rigid than the factory aluminum arms. 

adjustment range is -20mm and +20mm from the original length.

We have developed front adjustable control arms for the 350z/g35 chassis to fill a void in the market. These offer lightweight Alloy steel construction, and Uniball bearings at all points. With these arms, you can adjust the track width while keeping the double-arm design.

The OEM suspension geometry is good for racing as it reduces the wheel's scrub by pivoting on 2 points instead of one, so keeping this geometry is beneficial for road racing, time attack, and many other applications (not for drifting).

The arms kit includes 2 LCA and 2 Radius arms, and all hardware required to install

FDF Rear toe gain bracket for the 350z/G35

 This is a fully adjustable 4 position toe gain bracket. this will come with a new 7075 aluminum toe arm, and all the hardware required to install and adjust for your level of grip and forward bite. it is the perfect purchase to increase the mechanical grip of the chassis without breaking the bank. 

This kit works with Brembo and Non Brembo Calipers.

Billet aluminum.
Comes with grade 10.9 hardware.

You will need the same generations of caliper and rotors. You must use 03-05 calipers and rotors together or 06+ together. You can't use 03 calipers on 06 rotors.

 Dual Caliper brackets are in stock and will ship within 1 day of order.

The FDF Front Cross member (subframe) Brace for the 350Z and G35 is designed to strengthen the front suspension mounting points to the chassis, minimizing chassis distortion. 

The brace is made from 13mm 6061 Aluminum, it is both lighter and stronger than the factory brace, and Allows for more ground clearance. 

The Unique 3 piece design allows for the centre section to be removed for easy maintenance on the steering rack, clutch, transmission and engine, while leaving the suspension corner braces installed. The other benefit to having the centre section removable is when these cars are lifted up on a hoist, the hoist arms are commonly placed on the corners of this brace, with the FDF brace, this is not a problem due to the three piece design.  

The brace will include hardware for installation, and we will offer an additional option to add Counter sunk flat head cap screws (FHCS) for hardware. This will maximize ground clearance and ensure that nothing can snag on the bottom, effectively turning this in to a skip plate.

The FDF rear W-brace for the 350z/g35 is made from billet 6061-t6 aluminum. Designed to replace the factory brace/increase rigidity and decrease the weight. 

It is a direct fit and does not require any modifications. New bolts will be included with the kit. 

The brace is the same overall thickness as the factory brace, so ground clearance will be the same.

Nissan 350Z (2003-2008) and Infiniti G35 (2003-2007)

The FDF 350Z/G35 Diff brace is the most relevant product available for stabilizing the rear end of the Z/G chassis.

-This brace increases rigidity between the toe arms.

-This brace ties the rear subframe into the Differential creating a "solid mount" for the rear diff, this is essential to prevent chatter under heavy acceleration/drifting/hard driving.

-This brace includes a jack point in the centre of the vehicle giving you a balanced point to use while changing tires or lifting the car on to stands from the rear. 

-This brace comes with lockout washers for the rear toe arms to further stabilize the rear and make sure your alignment does not move during hard driving. because the brace removes the Eccentric bolts this product must be used with Adjustable toe arms. 

The kit will include all of the hardware required to install.

Install time is approximately 10 minutes.

The FDF Axle spacers are designed to prevent axle failure on lower or higher horsepower cars. The idea is to maintain the factory axle length, and have full CV engagement. 

These adaptors are precisely machined to centre perfectly on the diff and axles, safely extending them. 

Included in the kit is:

FDF Inline rack adaptor are the ideal solution for your tierod setup, this product consists of 2 billet shackles that bolt to your steering rack, and allow for a 5/8-18 rod end to be used as the inner ball joint.

The benefits of using our offset rack adaptors are listed below:

- Replaces socket style tierod with a double shear Heim joint design, this is both easier to service and lasts much longer through heavy abuse

- Billet chromoly shackle design, the design of our shackles insures that it will take all the abuse you can throw at your car. machined from a billet piece of Chromoly and electro-plated, it is the most innovative option on the market today.  

- Cost, keeping costs reasonable for the end-user has always been our goal, these products can be expensive at first but from your purchase on the only part you will need to replace is the inexpensive rod end. so it is an investment in to cheaper repairs down the road.

These dual caliper brackets allow you to attach a second set of calipers that you can use as a hydro handbrake.

They are designed to form perfectly to the OEM knuckle making it easy to weld on, and have a locating tab at the top of the bracket to make sure they are in the correct position. 

Material is 6061 Aluminum.

Recommended method of welding - TIG.

Why would you use these over a bolt on bracket? 

Bolt on brackets add 8mm of track width per side and extend the axles which sometimes require axle spacers. 

Is a simple, LH and RH Heim joint at either end making a robust design with replaceable joints. You will never need to buy tie-rods again, just replace the Heim joints!

- multiple offset positions, It is very common to run offset rack spacers on your drift car, this prevents over centering and binding at high angle, but the ideal solution is to relocate your rack. Relocating your rack will keep all your forces applied inline with the steering rack, preserving your rack seals. our offset rack spacers allow you to run in an offset position or inline with the rack.
