Corvette C6 Pro Angle Kit
Achieve Unparalleled Drifting Performance
Introducing the FDF Pro Kit, the pinnacle of engineering for the C6 Corvette's front suspension. Designed with the demands of professional drifting in mind, this kit delivers unrivaled steering angles and precision control, thanks to its innovative rack relocation. The Pro Kit's debut on Josiah's C6 Corvette led to a spectacular victory, winning both the first competitive event and the high-roller series championship on its first outing.
Features and Components:
Steering Angle: Up to 72 degrees of lead and trail wheel angle, made possible only by our rack relocation design.
Self-Steering Dynamics: Tailored for lightning-fast transitions and effortless control, this kit endows your Corvette with the quickest self-steer capabilities Josiah has ever experienced, especially when combined with the rear grip kit also being run on Josiahs Corvette.
Optimized Grip: The speed of a drift is determined by how well the front can guide the rear. To do this, you need grip. This is a combination of perfecting the camber gain, the KPI, caster and contact patch of the tire while at high angle. It has been perfected to allow for a speed advantage without understeering and showed this well during trials and competition.
Adjustable Ackerman: The ackerman is tunable thanks to the precision Billet knuckle and shim design. Josiah’s setup with zero ackerman and a slight static toe exemplifies perfect control and steering response.
Minimized Bump Steer: The Pro Kit has been optimized at angle, to have minimal bump steer and maintain control no matter the terrain, the kit comes with specially machined spacers that go on the steering rack, to extend the racks ram. This part is included with the kit
Extended Travel Range: The kit supports 2 inches more travel than stock suspensions design, demanding a minimum spring rate of 18k with sway bars or 22k without, due to the modified motion ratio.
Steering Rack Conversion:The Steering rack has been changed to now use an E46 steering rack. On Josiah's car he uses the silver/grey tag rack. The racks location uses a unique bracket that fixates it in to the factory leaf spring Pocket of the subframe, mounting it here has relocated the steering rack 4.75” back and 5.5” down. A dramatic move but a very necessary one as the factory C6 racks are infront of the engines crank pulley. The factory rack is compromised at high angle and will often result in wrecking the racks seals within a year of competitive driving. This kit resolves this problem by aligning the forces and keeping them linear with the steering rack. The steering rack relocation comes with a rack adaptor to connect it to the factory steering column. The only modification required is the the left side header will need to be custom made or modified to clear the new steer wheel shaft location. Keep this in mind when considering this angle kit. The subframe will also need a couple of spots ground for the E46 power steering lines and rack fitment (this is minor modifications)
Premium Articulation Joints: We use Chromoly heim joints and spherical bearings with self-lubricating nylon races for durability and ease of maintenance.
Weight-Optimized Design: Crafted from Aerospace grade aluminum, our compact drop knuckle design reduces weight without compromising strength.
Please Note: Installation requires minor modifications to the subframe and potentially to the left side header to accommodate the new steering wheel shaft location.
- A normal coilover will contact the upper control arm where the spring passes through the arm. This kit has been tested with both BC racing and Feal coilovers, these 2 coilovers work when installed inverted (with the spring at the bottom of the coilover instead of the top). The upper control arm is designed this way to maximize steering angle and it is necessary.
- The OEM steering shaft fire wall boot must be removed, and the fire wall needs a slight notch in it. The reason is the bmw steering rack is narrower, and the steering shaft angle increases towards the center of the car.
- The bmw steering rack also requires the factory steering rack gwebo. We have machined an adapter to connect to the e46 gwebo. The gwebo comea with a rubber dampener installed, this can be run as is, or the rubber damper can be drilled out, and the 2 halves of the qwebo bolted together.

C6 Corvette Pro Grip Kit

The FDF Pro Grip Kit represents the pinnacle of performance for the C6's rear suspension, tailored specifically for drifting. It introduces the first-ever billet rear knuckle designed exclusively for drifting. This kit offers adjustable anti-squat, the most user-friendly camber adjustment available, and the quickest control arm removal system, ensuring repairs can be made after an impact in 5 minutes or less. Below are the detailed features of the kit:
Grip: The essence of what we all seek to maximize tire efficiency. The Pro Grip Kit provides the following options, all included:
Camber Control: Two methods for adjusting camber. The first uses flippable shims on top of the knuckle, allowing changes from -1 camber to 0 to +1 camber in just 45 seconds. The second method involves on-car adjustable points that connect the upper and lower parts to the chassis, allowing for further camber adjustments.
Toe Control: Shims on the knuckle enable you to raise or lower the outer tie rod, increasing or decreasing toe gain under compression. This feature boosts on-throttle grip and, when combined with the adjustable anti-squat, controls compression during acceleration.
Anti-Squat Control: The kit includes a unique bracket design that attaches to the subframe, offering four positions to modify your anti-squat. It requires some drilling but is worth the effort, especially when used with toe gain adjustments.
Camber Curve: The knuckle geometry has been optimized to minimize camber gain, ensuring ideal tire contact during drifting regardless of compression levels. This aspect is crucial for a high-quality grip kit.
Roll Center: The rear kit adjusts the roll center to optimize a pro drift car's ride height. Acting like a geometric sway bar, it maintains camber, tire contact, and grip in the chassis throughout corners and drifting. When paired with a sway bar, it becomes a significant advantage.
Sway Bar Options: This kit includes attachment points on both the upper and lower parts, catering to sway bar options on a professional car. This feature is designed considering users might run a completely custom sway bar, as seen on Josiah's Pro C6.
Dual Caliper Bracket Options: The kit offers three choices for rear brakes. The first is the OEM foot brake. The second combines an OEM foot brake with a secondary 4-piston Wilwood handbrake. The third option is a dual Wilwood caliper setup. All options are compatible with the Billet knuckle and can be added or changed later.
Travel Range: The kit's travel range has been expanded, allowing up to 2 inches more than OEM and aftermarket suspensions. A further travel option is available through special order, requiring custom coilovers similar to those on Josiah's C6. Nevertheless, this is a significant improvement in the travel range department.

Introducing our all new 370Z/G37 Rack Relocation kit. This kit is a simple way to relocate you steering rack 42mm forward.
Why do you need this kit?
- Going to prevent over centering which is one of the most important things to correct on a rear rack car.
-Our kit replaces those horrible oem rubber bushings that are located in the rack. The oem bushings cause a bunch of deflection at high angle.
- With this kit you will no longer need to run offset rack spacers (ORS) which will increase the life of your rack. When purchasing this kit, you will need to add longer tierod bodies (FDF 10" tierods) because removing the Offset Rack Spacers then requires a longer tierod to make up for the space. If you already have the 370Z/G37 mantis kit with offset rack spacer, you will have 8.5" tierods and you will need to change them.

The Corvette is a remarkable drift chassis, however, it may have certain limitations in comparison to other platforms due to the positioning of its front upper control arms within the front wheel. The FDF Arms are specifically designed to address this issue by utilizing high-strength alloy steel and a modified mounting point, resulting in the maximum clearance on both OEM and aftermarket drift knuckles. In contrast to the OEM upper control arm, the FDF arm offers an additional 10 degrees of clearance, significantly enhancing the vehicle's angle potential. Moreover, the replacement of factory rubber bushings with chromoly rod ends further enhances the handling characteristics of the vehicle.
The upper control arms are length adjustable using the rod end adjustment range. The range is limited due to the mounting angle, so to further increase the control arms lengths, you can add upper control arm shims.
*NOTE, if you are using these for a none drift application, they will not give you more negative camber than the OEM control arms. they are the same length as OEM at there shortest position.
BMW E36 Quick Change Mount

The FDF E36 Quick change mount is designed for the customer to weld in. Using reference points on the subframe that are easily identified, the brackets adhere to the contours of the subframe for easy installation. The material used is a high strength alloy steel that is 3/16 (5mm) thick. The weld process these are designed for is mig or tig.
The design also features a "bolt in front flange" for easily replacing the lower shaft without removing the diff from the car, and for easy installation to the subframe.
The brackets will be shipped tack welded together using our jig, and ready to weld once recieved.
