The factory E46 floor is so uneven once the interior is removed. These make the floor look better while providing a more stable area to get in and out of the car, especially with a roll cage. They fit great, just needed some fine tuning to clear the roll cage!
I ordered this for the passenger side of my e46 and while it fits OK, the attachment tabs are not the ideal way to attach it and it was warped from the dimpling. Flat with no holes and grip tape is a better idea.
