FDF Race Shop “I Designed It Giveaway” Promotional Contest

Official Rules and Regulations

Sponsor: FDF Race Shop Inc., 99B Dufferin Ave, Trenton, ON K8V 5E2, Canada.

Contest Period: July 1, 2026 at 12:01 AM EDT – July 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 AM EDT. All times are in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

Eligibility: Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who possess all valid documentation required to travel internationally to Canada. Employees, officers, directors of FDF Race Shop Inc., its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law. The winner is responsible for ensuring they are legally eligible to enter Canada, obtaining any required visas or travel documentation, and complying with all immigration laws. If the winner is unable to travel to Canada for any reason (including inadmissibility), FDF Race Shop may, at its sole discretion, substitute the trip prize with a cash payment of up to $5,000 CAD equivalent.

How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary):

• Purchase Method: Each “I Designed It” Tee Shirt purchased from the FDF Race Shop website or shop during the contest period qualifies for one entry (i.e., 3 shirts qualifies for 3 entries).
• Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE/NPN): Visit the Google Form and complete the free entry form during the contest period (July 1, 2026 at 12:01 AM EDT – July 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 AM EDT). Limit one free entry per person. All entries receive equal odds. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize – A 3-day trip for one (1) person to visit FDF Race Shop HQ in Trenton, Ontario (maximum reimbursement of major expenses up to $5,000.00 CAD). The prize includes reimbursement of major expenses from the winner’s location (up to the $5,000 CAD cap) to cover round-trip economy airfare from the winner’s nearest major international airport, ground transportation, accommodations, and a daily $100 food allowance. Additional elements: touring and shadowing Josiah at FDF Race Shop, and attendance at a drift event at Shannonville Motorsport Park. The winner may choose to upgrade their travel plans (e.g., flight class, hotel, etc.) at their own expense; any additional costs beyond the $5,000 CAD cap are the winner’s sole responsibility. Personal expenses beyond the stated allowances, travel insurance, or any other items not expressly listed are at the winner’s expense. Prize does not include costs exceeding the $5,000 CAD cap. Travel dates will be coordinated directly between FDF and the winner based on mutual availability (must be completed by December 31, 2026). If a mutually agreeable date cannot be arranged, FDF will award up to the $5,000 CAD cash equivalent. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value except as expressly provided.

Winner Selection & Skill Testing: On or about July 31, 2026, one entry will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The selected entrant must correctly answer the following unaided skill-testing mathematical question: (10 + 5) × 2 – 3 = ? within the allotted time to be declared a winner. If incorrect, another entry will be drawn. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 48 hours and must sign a liability release/waiver and return it within 5 business days. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions:

• All entries must be received by the contest closing time.
• Winner is responsible for all taxes on the prize value (Sponsor may issue a T4A slip).
• By entering, participants agree to the full rules, release of liability, and use of their name, city of residence, likeness, photographs, and video for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if necessary.
• Liability Release: The winner and their travel companions (if any) agree to release and hold harmless FDF Race Shop Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the contest, travel to/from the event, activities at FDF Race Shop or Shannonville Motorsport Park (including riding/driving vehicles or attending drift events), or any related incidents. FDF is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed items, or for any injuries, accidents, or other issues during travel or activities.
• Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the contest and in accordance with FDF Race Shop’s Privacy Policy (see https://www.fdfraceshop.com/pages/policies).
