The Nuke Performance 8 BAR (120 PSI) Air Jack 90 Competition is fast, lightweight, reliable and extremely easy to use and can be activated by an air supply pressure of as low as 8 BAR (120 PSI). Prepare yourself for anything that may go wrong during the track day and with these air jacks you are ready for fast and effective repairs so you can quickly hit the drag strip again.

 Made of high strength aluminum for low weight and extra durability 
The body is made out of high strength, machined aluminum extrusion for the thinnest possible wall thickness to achieve the lowest possible weight without sacrificing functionality. It houses a high strength aluminum piston rod with an anodized finish for long lasting durability. The internal bearings are constructed of high strength, ultradurable, low friction polyoxymethylene - these air jacks are made tough to cope with the high demands from worldwide motorsports.

 Works with an 8 BAR (120 PSI) common workshop air compressor 
The Nuke Performance Air Jack 90C has an optimal operating pressure between 6-12 BAR (87 - 174 PSI), this means that it works with a regular workshop 8 BAR (120 PSI) air compressor so you do not need to bring a huge and expensive nitrogen tank. As most workshop air compressors are available in between 8 - 12 BAR (116 - 174 PSI) this is what these air jacks are specified to work with. At as low as 8 BAR (116 PSI), these air jacks will lift 402 KG (886 LB) each, and in a 2-jack system, it results in a full 804 KG (1772 LB). This omits the need for additional equipment such as a compressed air bottle, lance, or high-pressure system.

The included bracket lets you mount it in an easy to reach place out of the risk of getting it contaminated by weather or dirt from the track. In the hose kit you get 5m (16.4ft) 8mm quick connect pneufit hose, 1x quick connect T-fittings, 2x quick connect 1/4" BSPP barb fittings for the Air Jack inlets and a petcock ball valve. This kit is ideal for most setups and is easy to install, durable and affordable.

Combined into a setup of 2 air jacks, it is suitable when you only want to lift one end for quick setup or tire change. Perfect for drifting and drag racing.

The Nuke Performance 90 Competition Air Jack sets comes with safety props included. When working on or beneath your vehicle, there is always a possibility of accidents. This kit includes 3pc air jacks, but the kit with 4pc is the most common setup and is more often used, check the specifications to see which set that fits your needs. One Air Jack is suggested to be placed next to each wheel at the end of the vehicle with the highest weight and one in between the other wheels. This kit is particularly suitable for vehicles that have staggered weight distribution, like vehicles with the engine located behind the rear axle. The Nuke Performance CFC Unit eliminates the need for an external surge tank which is other needed when running a fuel cell, it is a perfect use for fuel injected systems. Use with PWM control, combined with the CFC Unit it is an effective solution to prevent emerging heat when running numerous fuel pumps. The Nuke Performance Universal Catch Can 0.25 liter (1,05 US cups) is the newest addition to the oil catch can lineup, and thanks to its small form factor it suits your every engine bay, a perfect complement to the bigger dual-inlet catch cans from Nuke Performance. Can be used for both atmospheric and recirculating setups.

The unique internals prevents particles from escaping the oil catch can, thanks to its internal 300-micron filter disc that is used for both atmospheric and recirculating installation. The internal filter dis makes sure to filter your crankcase gasses, and gives you outstanding filtration which saves your engine in the short and long run.

To be able to check the internal contamination level is crucial so you empty the can in time, that is why we located an anodized aluminum dipstick on the top of the catch can lid so it is quick and easy to check the level between laps on the race track, or when checking your levels before hitting the track or streets.

The Universal Catch Can 0.25 liter uses a new low-profile version dipstick head which takes up minimal space thanks to its clever design.

 Drainage is made easy with the optional 1/4" drainage kit.
The Universal Catch Can 0.25 liter from Nuke Performance uses a two-piece design, making it really easy to empty the lower cop when needed, just unscrew the bottom part and leave the top part into the bracket together with the hoses attached. But for an even easier way, use the optional peacock valve kit that uses the 1/4 drainage port in the bottom. Route the included 2m (6 ft) hose to an easy-access location, for example, when wheelhouse. It makes it easy to drain/collect the residual products without having to disassemble the catch can from the engine bay.

The Nuke Performance 2G Fuel Surge Tank 3.0 liter for Ti Automotive (Walbro) GST 450 / 520 lets you combine two internal fuel pumps into one AN-10 outlet. This Fuel Surge Tank is able to deliver steady fuel flow even over 2000hp. This setup is everything you need to be combined into a space-efficient and power-efficient solution and design.

 Choose between a single or dual internal fuel pump setup. Fits most common 39mm fuel pumps, mounted within the surge tank in a billet bracket.
Run one or two fuel pumps individually with multiple electrical connectors on the top lid. Designed and manufactured to handle extreme amounts of power with the same hallmark as all Nuke Performance products.

This Fuel Surge Tank comes with an internal bracket for the GST400, GST450, and GST520 Walbro fuel pumps and also fits all common 39mm fuel pumps mount with a perfect fit, fuel pumps such as DW200, DW300, AEM 340L, Aeromotive 340, and many more.

The Nuke Performance 2nd generation Fuel Surge Tanks is available in several different setups, each one designed to perform to the maximum. It comes with a billet aluminum mounting bracket with a six-bolt pattern making a secure fitment in any installation. Depending on which setup you choose they come with a various number of electrical connections, but regardless of the model, it is always equipped with our over-dimensioned electrical connectors that can manage x10 the current used. The high-flow fuel filters with integrated brackets are delivered with either a classic cellulose 10-micron fuel filter insert, these inserts are affordable and easy to replace for your petrol setup. When running alcoholic fuels, such as ethanol, methanol, and race fuels, you should choose one of our unique welded fuel filter elements that are available in 10-micron and 100-micron. These elements are now made of 100% stainless steel with unique welded end caps that exclude the common glue that can dissolve when changing from petrol to ethanol or when running aggressive fuels such as race fuel.  When running alcoholic fuels, choose the right fuel filter version to fit your fuel filtration needs
When running ethanol, methanol, or other alcoholic fuels, you should always go with our stainless steel filter elements as these have a long life and trouble-free functionality. We strongly recommend cleaning the internal filter element once a season, and if you use the cellulose filter elements you should change this every month to prevent it to dissolve when being used.

 How to choose which fuel filter to install, and where should I mount the fuel filter in my fuel setup?
Choosing the right fuel filter for your setup is easy, and we have everything you need. If you run an internal fuel pump with an included pre-filter, we recommend a 10-micron fuel filter between the fuel filter and your fuel rail / injectors. When using an external fuel pump, you should use a 100-micron fuel filter in between the fuel tank and the fuel pump, and a 10-micron fuel filter in between the fuel pump and your fuel rail / injectors. The placement of your in-line fuel filters should be located so that in the event of an accident, the filter should be in a secure position to avoid damage that can result in unwanted leakage. Make sure to place the filter where it is easy to reach for service and change of filter element when needed.

We strongly recommend replacing or cleaning (stainless steel elements only) the internal filter element once a season, especially when using ethanol due to its dissolving properties of the contaminations within the fuel system.
