Re-drilled knuckles have too much positive Ackerman, there is no option to correct this as the hole can only be drilled where there is enough material, and other adaptors available have too much negative Ackerman because they only fit in one location on the C5/C6 knuckle. Currently nothing available for C7 other than drilled
This design has 2 tierod location options, the first is a moderate increase in angle for those with OEM arms (measured at 50 degrees of lock) and the second position is for a full 70 degrees of lock, that can be used with aftermarket arms of any brand
The brackets are made from high-strength, Alloy steel and 7075 aluminum. making them a lightweight and robust design.Â

C5/C6 Mild Angle Kit is the perfect in between solution for your Corvette that offers adjustable ackerman and maintains the OEM knuckles. You simply just need to cut the OEM knuckles tierod mount off to install. The reasons for buying this option are listed in point form below:
1-If you have Modified Knuckles: the mounting point is already gone, this rules out the ability to run our mini mantis kit, which makes this option perfect for you.
2-Â Adjustable Ackerman: The kit is capable of running positive, zero, and negative ackerman and is easily adjusted.
3-Â Shorter Steering Ratio:Â Then the Mini Mantis Kit and modified knuckles. What this means is this kit is capable of getting more steering angle. Your limiting factors will now be your wheel selection and control arms.Â
The kit comes with all the hardware required to install and align the car, just select the options above. It is strongly recommended that you only buy this option with our lower control arms, or if you already have high clearance lower control arms, the wheel will hit OEM lower control arms.Â

Our FLCA for C5/C6/C7 are a low profile, high clearance design that up to for 70 degrees of wheel lock. They bolt to factory knuckles or FDF mega mantis knuckles. The arms feature on car adjustment for both camber and caster, meaning you do not need to disconnect the lower control arm to align the car.Â
The arms feature an OEM style mounting point for any Coilover to fasten to, with 3-position, motion ratio adjustment, each adjustment adding 8% increase or decrease in stiffness to fine-tune your suspension. This product is not intended for factory leaf springs/shocks.Â
The arms are constructed from high-strength alloy steel, and use spherical bearings with locking collars to keep everything tight while in use. Adjusting the arms to your desired alignment specs is easy with the on-car adjustablilityÂ
The arms include all of the required hardware to bolt on and go.

The FDF C5/C6 dual caliper bracket is a unique solution for the corvette community that offers the stopping power of a 4 piston caliper and the benefit of having adjustable bump steer.

To run this product you will need to use C6 Z06/grand sport rotors. These rotors are easy to source and relatively cheap. The OEM knuckle will require the toe arm pickup to but cut off. This can easily be done with a variety of tools.Â

The Wilwood calipers used are a tight fit on the corvette knuckle, so using this bracket will require running the "FDF Toe Arms". The OEM rear toe arms are no longer manufactured for these cars, so finding replacements are both hard and expensive. The FDF toe arms that this kit comes with are both serviceable and cheap to get the replacement components
Pay close attention to the photos when selecting your options, they will change with what is included in the kit you choose. if you do choose to buy this product for the OEM caliper option, you can only use C6, Grandsport or Z06 rear calipers.Â

The Corvette is a remarkable drift chassis, however, it may have certain limitations in comparison to other platforms due to the positioning of its front upper control arms within the front wheel. The FDF Arms are specifically designed to address this issue by utilizing high-strength alloy steel and a modified mounting point, resulting in the maximum clearance on both OEM and aftermarket drift knuckles. In contrast to the OEM upper control arm, the FDF arm offers an additional 10 degrees of clearance, significantly enhancing the vehicle's angle potential. Moreover, the replacement of factory rubber bushings with chromoly rod ends further enhances the handling characteristics of the vehicle.
The upper control arms are length adjustable using the rod end adjustment range. The range is limited due to the mounting angle, so to further increase the control arms lengths, you can add upper control arm shims.Â

C5/C6 rear toe arm replacement/upgrade is a direct OEM replacement, giving you easy adjustment, and serviceability.Â
the arms are constructed from a 7075 aluminum body with a center machined hex, Chromoly rod ends, 4140 Chromoly stud that fastens to the knuckle and the toe arm can be removed in just a couple of minutes, vs the OEM toe arm which takes quite a bit of time due to its hard to reach the location on the subframe. It is a necessary upgrade for any drift corvette, the main reason being the OEM inner tierods can not be purchased new anymore.Â
NOTE*
The body of the arm is the main replacement part that you might want to have on hand, they are an 11.5" tierod body that can be purchased on our site. the same tierod body that a lot of our angle kits use, and would also be easy to source at track events with other FDF kit users.Â

FDF Race shop seat mounts are designed with easy adjustment and seating position in mind. using any side mount seat, you will be able to drop the seat to the floor and pitch the seat up to 15 degrees back. move the seat forward and back over 8" and find the perfect location for any size driver.Â
Machined from 6061-T6 bases and formed 3/16 steel side mounts the wieght/functionality and strength were top priority.Â
The mounts will include everything needed for 1 seat to be mounted in either the Drivers side or the Passenger side.Â

The FDF C5/C6 conversion is a transfer drill plate that is easily bolted to the factory wheel bearing and provides transfer holes for a 14mm drill bit. This is the size required to press in new ARP wheel studs. It is recommended that a shop do this and at a minimum, use a drill press to ensure that the holes are perpendicular to the bearings mounting face.Â
The studs that work well for this install are ARP-100-7717 and can be purchased on summit racing
