Re-drilled knuckles have too much positive Ackerman, there is no option to correct this as the hole can only be drilled where there is enough material, and other adaptors available have too much negative Ackerman because they only fit in one location on the C5/C6 knuckle. This design has 2 tierod location options, the first is a moderate increase in angle for those with OEM arms (measured at 50 degrees of lock) and the second position is for a full 70 degrees of lock, that can be used with aftermarket arms of any brand

C5/C6 Mild Angle Kit is the perfect in between solution for your Corvette that offers adjustable ackerman and maintains the OEM knuckles. You simply just need to cut the OEM knuckles tierod mount off to install. The reasons for buying this option are listed in point form below:
1-If you have Modified Knuckles: the mounting point is already gone, this rules out the ability to run our mini mantis kit, which makes this option perfect for you.
2-Adjustable Ackerman: The kit is capable of running positive, zero, and negative ackerman and is easily adjusted.
3-Shorter Steering Ratio: Then the Mini Mantis Kit and modified knuckles. What this means is this kit is capable of getting more steering angle. Your limiting factors will now be your wheel selection and control arms.

Caster plates - these will relocate the strut further outward on the strut tower. maintaining the factory KPI angle and slightly reducing the caster. the BMW chassis has very high caster/kpi values from factory. These caster plates should only be added if you are running the mega mantis kit.
Tierod Upgrade- these replace the factory inner tierod with a shackle and heim joint. it is more durable and will last longer than the factory socket style.
Sway bar link - these will come with an adaptor bracket and adjustable links to connect your mantis kit to any sway bar (OEM or after market)

We have analyzed the BMW E36/E46 chassis after years of data and designed some much needed high strength, long-lasting parts.
The tierod upgrade uses only Chromoly, and 7075 aluminum to make up its construction. what does it do? and why do you need it?
What it does is gets rid of your OEM socket ball joint inner, and replaces it with a Chromoly adaptor that allows you to use a high strength rod end. These rod ends have an extremely long life, especially when used in an inner tierod application. The best part is when it does need to be replaced, it is only a $17US part.
Why you might need these is because the additional load applied to the inner tierod vastly exceeds the designed load intended while drifting. This wears the socket out quickly, causing you to need replacements often and affects your alignment over time as they wear out. Our design can be adapted to any angle kit, FDF, wisefab, SLR, and be used in conjunction to improve the handling and longevity of your angle kit and tierods.

Caster Plates can be added, these are used to reduce high caster, camber, and KPI angles of the SN95 chassis by moving the top of the Coilover forward and outward, it is recommended to select the caster plates if you do not already have a solution to make these adjustments, there are other plates available on the market as well. installing our caster plates will require some cutting of the chassis and minor welding because when the strut is relocated forward and outward, it will interfere with some sheet metal parts of the chassis, the sheet metal it interferes with needs to be cut and removed.

The IS300 / JZX90 / JZX100 Mini Mantis angle kit is a unique option for the chassis, that utilizes a lower control arm adaptor, and steering knuckle adaptor. this design gives the the chassises a control arm extension of 35mm, and bolts on, no cutting or welding anymore to lengthen the stock arm. the other benefit is the knuckle adaptor, gives you roll center correction and a shorter steering ratio for increased angle. it is ackermann adjustable, and has an integrated bump stop to adjust for your angle needs. The MILD Mantis kit for the IS300 / JZX90 / JZX100 is the first of its kind and is very unique in how we came up with the solution. Using the OEM control arm as a base, we have made a Control arm adaptor that bolts to the end of the arm, and converts the arm into housing the ball joint, instead of the knuckle. By doing this, we are able to improve roll center more effectively. The next component is the knuckle adaptor itself, which includes a 40mm drop, adjustable ackermann, and adjustable bump stop. It connects in the factory ball joint location on the knuckle but also grabs one of the brake caliper ears for additional strength. The 3rd component is the high clearance compression arm. This part is ON-CAR adjustable to dial in your caster, and attaches underneath the control arm for tierod clearance and wheel clearance. These 3 pieces are what will give your chassis better track width, handling and steering angle. This kit must use adjustable upper control arms, (they can be any manufacture including FDF). The uppers will be an added option for the MILD Mantis Kit.

The IS300 / JZX90 / JZX100 Mega Mantis angle kit is a unique option for the chassis, that utilizes a full knuckle replacement. This allows the user to run a 350z bolt on wheel bearing, 350z calipers and 350z rotors. The Nissan 350z hub is cheap, more reliable and easier to replace making it a better option to hold your wheel to the suspension. The brake options available for the 350z are also better, with Brembo 4 piston calipers being an OEM option. This does make the kit more costly to run, but overall is a more reliable and higher performance setup.

Our 350z Knuckle adaptor makes use of 3 available points on the knuckle, to relocate where the outer tierod connects and allows for the Ackerman to be adjusted in multiple different positions from positive to negative, simply and efficiently without removing any hardware (only loosening) in under 1 minute. This adaptor can also be used with any control arms available, included OEM gktech and parts shop max. giving you the adjustability you need even with different control arms.
-To adapt this to your FDF kit, you will only need the adaptor bracket (unless you want to add the other options for replacements or spares)
-To adapt this to other angle kits you will need the outer rod end AND the tierod adaptor
-Angle, 65 degrees (depending on control arm setup)
-Ackerman, +2 degrees to -2 degrees of Ackerman (and everything in between) when measured at full lock
